WOW, can’t believe it’s Christmas time again!
Looking back over the past 2021, despite lockdowns, huge progress has been made at Unispot.

To recap:
• We have completed 120 brand new homes, helped 120 families realize their dreams of homeownership
• We have 307 healthy and modern homes under construction across north, west and central Auckland. All of them will be completed in 2022 or the first half of 2023.
• With a five-year plan in place, we currently have 600+ more homes in our pipeline that are under planning and designing, some of them will be released to the market in 2022.
We are proud of what we have achieved in 2021, and are very looking forward to an exciting 2022. Unispot office will be closed from 24th December and reopen 17th January.
