Can you believe it’s been a year since we announced Matipo Haven? We’re still processing that as well. Matipo Haven started in April 2023 with land and earthworks to present day with 59 beautiful homes that are nearing completion. This is thanks to the commitment of our close-knit team that this much progress is made in such a short amount of time. Go team Unispot!

The Property Council New Zealand – Property Industry Awards is one of the most prestigious award programmes in New Zealand. This event is to recognise excellence and innovation by celebrating achievements across categories of commercial, residential, industrial, community, and individual property development projects.

We are excited to be nominated Multi Unit Residential Property category for our The Glade STAGE 1 project. The Richmond site formerly known as McLennan Hills (Te Apunga o Tainui), played a significant role for local tribes during the Māori occupation. Its favourable location was used as a portage route for canoes to transport to the narrowest point of land between the Manukau Harbour and Tamaki River. Over the past decades excavating has resulted in a flat surface. Present day, this site is now reshaped for current and future residential developments.
