About Ryburn Garden

Ryburn Garden is located in the Auckland suburb of Mt Wellington. Half KiwiBuild homes, half for public buyers, it’s a landmark project of Unispot providing affordability and stylish homes in a fantastic location to suit a modern urban way of living.

On the site of Ryburn Garden is a protected Pohutukawa tree which Unispot has made its best efforts to preserve and has kept it standing proud and tall, we believe that it’s important to do our best to consider New Zealand’s culture and environment.

Although our construction process encountered unexpected lockdowns. We are happy that we were still able to overcome these challenges, and successfully complete construction on time to deliver these beautiful homes to our customers. Unispot will continue to work hard for our buyers in all of our developments during lockdown restrictions.
