Can you believe how fast the time has gone? We’re already in July! 265 Great South Road recently finished practical completion, resulting in 5 beautiful terraced houses and 2 standalone homes. We’re currently preparing for settlement. The Glade STAGE 3 has passed final inspection with both the title and CCC (Code Compliance Certificate) now under preparation.

Construction work at all sites is progressing as scheduled. We are confident that the estimated completion dates will be achievable.
