Here is this month’s update we have some good news to share with you. Schnapper Rock Block B, C & F have passed final inspection plus titles and CCC have been lodged. Construction work at all sites is progressing as scheduled. We are confident that the estimated completion dates will be achievable.

It is said the storm is coming ☔ – Tropical Cyclone Gabrielle is making its way this weekend on Sunday 12th February. Fingers crossed it will be swirled away from us 🤞 Just in case we have been lock-on, plan ahead by stocking up on food and water. Please stay home, stay calm and stay strong.
School bells are ringing, the kids have gone back! This officially marks the end of the summer holidays. Let us fully dive back into work and prepare for another hard-working year.
Here is this month’s update Larchwood Block A, B & C finished Practical Completion. Secondly, Block A & B have passed the final inspection, and also CCC (Code Compliance Certificate) has been lodged. Keep it up team we are getting there.
