We have been graced with another long weekend with Auckland Anniversary to give us a nice break the first few weeks back to work. Both of our projects Matipo Haven and The Glade are back in full gear. Construction work at all sites is progressing as scheduled. We are confident that the estimated completion dates will be achievable.

We can take off our hats and call this project done and dusted! Larchwood’s 46 beautiful new homes have officially been completed as of this month. We can’t thank you enough for everyone involved from the beginning to the end of our 2-year journey. Our homeowners can settle just in time for the festivities of Christmas with their loved ones.
