Unispot is committed to creating high-quality homes that stand the test of time. We certainly have come a long way, in our 7th year we have built approximately 350 residences across Auckland. Each project is carefully considered and designed to provide a private, comfortable, convenient lifestyle. In 2024 we currently have two projects under construction: The Glade and Matipo Haven with 270+ new homes on the market. Keep your eyes peeled as more new projects are coming this year. Hippity, hoppity, the bunnies are on their way! Less than 24 hours left till we can clock off work. We can’t wait to see what relaxation lies ahead for this long weekend Happy Easter everyone 🐇

Before you go, here is the latest update. The first batch of CCC (Code Compliance Certificate) has arrived for The Glade STAGE 2. It is always great to see our projects moving along without a hitch, let’s keep the flow going!

Construction work at all sites is progressing as scheduled. We are confident that the estimated completion dates will be achievable.

Did you know The Glade is built on land with a story?

The Richmond site formerly known as McLennan Hills (Te Apunga o Tainui), played a significant role for local tribes during the Māori occupation. Its favourable location was used as a portage route for canoes to transport to the narrowest point of land between the Manukau Harbour and Tamaki River. Over the past decades excavating has resulted in a flat surface. Present day, this site is now reshaped for current and future residential developments.

RICHMOND S1 SETTLING NOW!!!

The Glade STAGE 1 all CCC (Code Compliance Certificate) have been issued, but don’t worry your day is about to get even brighter. Our The Glade (STAGE 1) homeowners are now preparing for settlement. In such exciting times, we can’t wait how you’ll decorate your new place!

We have been graced with another long weekend with Auckland Anniversary to give us a nice break the first few weeks back to work. Both of our projects Matipo Haven and The Glade are back in full gear. Construction work at all sites is progressing as scheduled. We are confident that the estimated completion dates will be achievable.
