GREAT NEWS!!! The New Zealand government has launched Residential Development Underwrite (RDU), a new program designed to guide and support residential development projects. These may involve partnerships between government entities and private developers, providing financial backing or guarantees to developers to reduce risks, incentives, or support for specific types of housing projects. The aim is to encourage the number of residential developments in areas facing housing shortages and improve housing affordability. Besides, dropping of the OCR adds another layer to keep the heat on!
